Senior Supervisor

About this role

The Senior Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities to ensure efficient and effective production. This role ensures that teams meet performance, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction targets, while complying with company policies and regulatory standards.  

Here's What You'll Do:

•     Supervise and coordinate the activities of front-line employees, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance monitoring.
•     Provide coaching, feedback, and disciplinary action as needed to maintain productivity and morale.
•     Monitor daily operations to ensure processes run smoothly and meet production or service goals.
•     Identify and resolve operational issues quickly to minimize disruptions.
•     Ensure products or services meet quality standards and customer specifications.
•     Enforce compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and company policies.
•     Recommend and implement improvements to processes, equipment, and workflow.
•     Participate in lean initiatives, 5S, and root cause analysis to drive efficiency and reduce waste.

Here's What You'll Need:

•     Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management
•     3+ years of experience in operations or production supervision
•     Experience in machining (CNC and manual) and facilities maintenance
•     Awareness of balancing and welding techniques to lead team members effectively
